Notice; You may attend the Heart Rhythm ID/Defib classes and/or the EMT-ILS class for continue education hours, remember to sign in when you attend.

Reminder, it is illegal to operate a cell phone without a hands free device or text while driving, this includes driving the ambulances!  Please do not make or answer personal cell phone calls during an ambulance run if you are driving or not, this includes texting, unless it is absolutely necessary business concerning the ambulance run.  After the patient is delivered to the receiving facility it is permissible of course J

SCSA EMT-ILS people, we are temporarily using 15 drip IV solution sets, they are marked, remember they flow slower.  The regular 10 drip sets will be back in stock the middle of next week.

From the office staff; Paper work has improved immensely!  Cleaning and restocking the vehicles after runs is on a downward slide.  Please remember to clean up garbage in the cab and the patient compartment and restock supplies after each run.

Replacing oxygen bottles; please replace the bottles when they reach 600lbs small tanks and 800 lbs large tanks.  Please check the gaskets by turning the tanks on then back off after changing to listen for leaks.

Thank you for volunteering with your local EMS Agencies.
