Please see the attached information for the EMS Evaluator Class in Spokane on December 4th.  This updated class will be required for OTEP modules in the very near future, so if your agency plans on continuing with the OTEP program for recertification you will need to have a few evaluators from this new curriculum.  SCSA primary crewmembers; SCSA will pay for the class and provide transportation so if you would like to attend please contact the ambulance office ASAP.

SEI Terry Gordon will be instructing an EMT-B Class beginning January 8th.  The class will be on Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturdays through March 19th.  If you know of interested people please have them contact the ambulance office (684-8261) ASAP.

An ACLS for the EMT-B Class is scheduled at the SCSA Training Center December 11, 2010 for 50 students.  This is a one day eight hour class (0800hrs – 1700hrs).  If you are interested please contact the ambulance office soon.  There is no cost associated to the students for this very informative class.  It is open to all EMS personnel in the area!

A big ATTA BOYS is in order for our own Team Rescue’s newly formed High Angle Rescue Group who along with the assistance of other Team Rescue and SCSA crewmembers successfully rescued a worker on a mountain top hanging unresponsive in his safety harness inside of an antenna tower 75 feet up!  Very nice Team work.
