EMS Training scheduled for April includes;
PSHMC Trauma Services via Telehealth April 12th 1300hrs to 1400
hrs (Spine Trauma by Michael Day), EMS Live @ Nite via Telehealth April 12th
1845hrs to 2015hrs (Knife & Gun Club) and SCSA’s monthly EMS Training night
April 13th 1830hrs (The New AHA CPR/AED update along with a
Double Lumen Airway practice) remember CPR is required each year during your
re-certification period.
The
Northport race schedule is now posted please sign up early if you would like
to cover a race this year. We
will have other Special Events on the sign up clipboard soon!
SCSA Crewmembers, Please clean out your mail files, they are not for storage, you have
been issued a locker for that, PLEASE.
FYI, Vehicle
805 is not really missing a lug nut; it’s missing another one of the hub cap
simulator caps.
Our
electrical and natural gas usages have been a lot higher this year
than recent years. Please turn
off garage area lights and other room lights when not using them (the row
above door 1 & 805 needs to stay on for a night light).
Please make sure the garage doors close before you leave, they have
been found open several times lately.
When
using the two way radios for communication please speak clearly and slowly
enough to be easily understood.
Give Dispatch, PMCH or other vehicles and personnel a chance to respond
before transmitting your message.
